1. Scope of Services

We offer the following digital services:

  • 1-on-1 live video consultations
  • Group wellness and nutrition sessions
  • Personalized digital diet and exercise plans
  • Subscription-based coaching programs
  • Free downloadable wellness resources

All services are tailored and non-transferable once delivered or initiated.


2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

To manage time and fairness for all clients:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund and are charged in full.
  • You can reschedule by emailing us at [contact@lifeofhealthy.com] or through your client dashboard.

3. Refund Eligibility

We value your trust. Refunds are permitted only if the client is unsatisfied after the first session.

Terms:

  • Refund requests must be made within 48 hours after the first session.
  • No refunds are issued for group sessions, subscription renewals, or after deliverables (like diet plans) have been sent.
  • Each case is reviewed individually, and the final decision rests with Life of Healthy.

4. Refund Process

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days through Razorpay to your original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • No refunds are processed for technical issues caused by client-side equipment, bandwidth, or missed sessions.

5. Free Resources

All free downloads, wellness guides, and informational content provided on our website are non-commercial and non-refundable.


6. Jurisdiction & Compliance (Indian Legal Framework)

This policy is governed by the laws of India, particularly under:

  • The Consumer Protection Act, 2019
  • The Information Technology Act, 2000
  • Applicable rules under MCA & MCA e-Commerce Guidelines

All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ranchi.
