Hi, I’m Hritwik Seth—a nutrition coach,
wellness strategist, and lifelong learner with a passion for guiding people toward their best selves. But this journey didn’t start with me coaching others. It started with a battle against my own challenges.
For years, I struggled with
Psoriasis, IBS, and anxiety
conditions that disrupted my life and left me searching for answers. Frustrated by the lack of clarity in conventional advice, I began diving into the science of nutrition, fitness, and holistic well-being. I took resort to K11 School of Fitness Science to understand nutrition in depth with the help of their Human Performance Nutrition course. My goal was simple: to heal myself. What I found was a world of transformative possibilities that changed my life completely.

” But a part of me wasn’t fully satisfied with the value I provided to my clients. Since I wanted this to be a complete lifestyle transformation program, I took a break and went to SIVANANDA YOGA FOREST ACADEMY’s Yoga TTC to understand Meditation , Mindfulness and Philosophies of life.
Integrating the knowledge from both the experiences makes this Program a one stop solution for whoever is looking for a permanent solution for their health. “
